Requirements:

1. Put the editor's name into a single <contrib-group> with attribute 'content-type' set to "editors"
2. Set attribute 'contrib-type' on <contrib> to 'editor', even though the ScholarOne metadata may contain an attribute value of'editor-in-chief'
3. Put the editor's name within <string-name name-style="western">, with surname in <surname> and given names in <given-names>; ensure that there is a space or carriage return in between <given-names> and <surname>
