Article DOI

Element or context:

<article-id>

Requirement:

1. Contain the article's doi within an <article-id> element and set attribute 'pub-id-type' on <article-id> to "doi". Note that all articles whose DOI begins with 2017 and later will have DOIs of the form 10.1139/facets-{8-digit number composed of the year and the counter number}. See the example below.
